Unfortunately, due to the ending of the long-standing 'de minimis' rule at the end of August, all imported goods from Drop Dead Clothing to the USA will be hit with import tariffs, no matter what the value of the parcel is. It can vary depending on what's in your order, but there's no longer a minimum value exemption.
